Whatever your reason is for early cancellation, you are protected by our 100% Money Back GUARANTEE for early cancellation just as long as you cancel your order BEFORE a truck has been dispatched to pick up your vehicle.
However, if your vehicle has been Dispatched or Picked-up, this Refund Policy would not apply. The terms and conditions in the Shipping Order would apply to that set of circumstances.
However, in the event you are due a refund for a early cancellation when you have made a pre-payment or deposit, Heartland Shipping and Logistics, Inc. will make any refund in accordance with the payment method that you used. The refund will be made without any questions asked! Please note, if payment was made by credit card or debit card it could take up to 5 days for the refund to appear on your statement.
In all other cases, we will simply cancel your order without the need of any further communication.
